Just The Facts
Documented Research Shows...
1.) No canine should be boarded away from their owners for a period over
three weeks. Even if the purpose is for training. Studies show that after 21
days the canine begins to detach from it's primary bond. This is evident in the
way the animal realizes it's affections towards the new primary care
giver.
2.) The use of electric shock can be as devastating to a canine's psyche,
as it is to the human psyche. Because of the long term damage shock
collars can produce, many states have made the use of these collars
in training centers illegal.
3.) If you have been told the prong collar was designed to simulate a
mothers teeth, and therefore is a kind device, think twice. Mothers do
not lift their young from under the neck, far too much damage could be
done. In fact these collars only promote pulling.
